Build in Community

The Founders Circle - A sacred space for women building businesses side by side, as equals and as friends.

Not a networking group

Let's say it plainly: this is not a networking group. Nobody here is pitching you, collecting contacts, or performing a boss-babe highlight reel. We show up as humans first, to see each other's light and to help each other up. Some of us are in the first scary week of an idea and some have built and sold companies, and in this room we all hold equal space.

A sacred space

We call the Circle a sacred space in the most ordinary sense: a room kept safe on purpose. What's shared in the Circle stays in the Circle. Wins get cheered like they belong to all of us, hard weeks get met with kindness instead of advice you didn't ask for, and rest counts as building. You don't have to earn your place here, and you never have to perform one.

Inside the Circle

Inside, you'll find our free online community for women founders, with chat rooms for introductions, honest questions, and wins of every size. And because screens only carry so much, we gather regularly too: in person around Boise, and online from everywhere else.

Founders Circle

The Founders Circle is the room where you build alongside other women doing the same brave thing. Ask the questions you cannot ask anywhere else, and celebrate every win, especially the small ones. No hustle culture, no jargon, no pretending. Just founders who want you to make it, cheering you on while you do!

Building in community increases resilience

70% of small businesses with a mentor survive past five years, roughly double the rate of those without one. 1

50% more likely: founders with mentors and emotional support report markedly higher resilience and better stress management. 2

Joining takes about a minute, staying is the part we're proud of.
